Jeanne advises a French and international clientele on managing their assets in intellectual property, IT, commercial, personality rights and media law, particularly within the luxury, fashion, jewelry, software, and e-commerce sectors.

Jeanne specializes in assisting clients in advisory and litigation matters regarding the strategic structuring of their assets: from protection (trademark and title clearance, industrial property filings), valuation (audits, licensing, coexistence agreements, partnerships) to enforcement (anti-counterfeiting, judicial, administrative and custom litigation) in complex disputes, such as software infringement.

Education

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019. Before co-founding Septem Avocats in 2026, Jeanne practiced for eight years at leading intellectual property and IT law firms (Momentum Avocats; De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés). She also gained experience working in-house at companies facing critical intellectual property challenges, as well as with the 3^rd Chamber of the Paris Judicial Court, specialized in this field.

Jeanne holds a Master 2 degree in General Private Law and a Master 2 degree in Literary, Artistic, and Industrial Property Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas.
